A results oriented, driven leader, Travis brings 15+ years of real estate experience, an
extensive background in finance, investing, and management to Southeastern Retail
Development. Before building Southeastern Retail Development, Travis worked for a leading
private equity firm in various rolls. These roles included participation in numerous debt and
equity transactions totaling in excess of $50 million and Vice President of Operations for a
portfolio company of the private equity fund. Previously, Travis worked as the Vice President
of Investments and a Development Associate for a boutique retail and mixed-use development
company, overseeing the development of various company properties. Travis is passionate
about generating exceptional results for the company’s partners and clients. Travis is a
graduate of Tulane University and resides in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida with his wife Rachel
and their three children, Maggie Mae, Avery, and Simms.
With two decades of real estate experience and a keen eye for finding the right sites, Alec brings a wealth of acquisition knowledge and a passion for developing quality properties to Southeastern Retail Development. Before building Southeastern Retail Development, Alec worked as a preferred developer for regional and national retailers, identifying, assembling, and developing targeted sites across the southeast. Alec’s previous experience includes working with credit tenants as a preferred broker across the same footprint. Alec tackles the most ambitious of projects with a competitive spirit, integrity, and a passion to see transactions close. Alec is a graduate of the University of Georgia and resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Margret and their three children.
Keigan started his career at one of the largest and most respected single tenant development firms in the country. There he worked on every aspect of deal making from site selection to project management for multiple retailers nationwide. He went on to become the Director of Real Estate for a national retailer where he enriched his knowledge of unit level economics. His passion for real estate property development and experience as both a developer as well as a tenant perfectly compliment the well-rounded SERD Team. Keigan is a graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans, LA where he still resides with his son Brayden.
